Booking Terms

TheVine Collective is not yet trading — we're still securing our first venue. These are outline terms only, and will be replaced by a solicitor-drafted venue hire agreement and full booking terms before any event is confirmed. Nothing on this page is legal advice, and nothing here creates a binding contract on its own.

Enquiries and quotes

Prices given by email or in conversation are estimates until confirmed in writing. Package contents described on this site (Essence, Aura, Euphoria) are a guide and can be adjusted to what you need.

Deposits and cancellation

A deposit will be required to secure any date, with the balance due before the event. Exact deposit amounts, cancellation windows and refund terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking and set out in full in our venue hire agreement.

Changes

Dates, guest numbers and package choices can usually be adjusted subject to availability. Let us know as early as you can.

Liability and insurance

Standard liability and public-insurance terms will apply once the venue is secured and will be set out in the venue hire agreement given to you before you book.

Governing law

These outline terms, and any booking made with us, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
